She explain in detail what the unit has and what resources she can use to help the patron. If she need to send the patron some place else she check the location and call before sending them .02br

She sends the evening staff an email explaining any situation that he may need to know. When dealing with staff outside the unit she does very well in explaining what every there needs are.02br
