Question

All employees leaving for vacation with less than 18 months passport validity must renew their passport while they are on vacation. It is your responsibility to remind them before they depart the country.

If they return with the same passport we will not send them home to renew it. We will send them home a month before their current passport expired but there is no guarantee that they can still get their job.

The reason why we become more striker is because there are cases that the employees were already had change to renew their passport but they still did not do it. Even they are the one who paid their tickets. There are some cost associated with their travel like the on ground transportation which cost us $150 dollars both ways.

Please spread this info to your staff during the meeting.

We will send them home a month before their ~~current~~ (not necessary to mention) passport expired but there is no guarantee that their job will be secure. The reason why we have become more strict is because there have been cases of employees were already had change (What does change mean?) to renew their passport but they still did not do it. Even they were the ones who paid for their tickets. We had to bear some costs associated with their travel like the on-ground transportation which cost $150 dollars both ways. Please inform this to your staff during the meeting.
