We kindly request to have a replacement of Al Khaleejii POS machine due to generating continues error while using it.

We’re getting lots of error messages first before getting transaction successfully.

We don’t want our client to feel confused by seeing those messages while there card was in the machine and pin was already entered.

We usually shut it off & on the device to keep the network stable, once we done that then

The transaction will surely approved. But we don’t want to take the risk by doing that in every card payment if we can direct charge the client without taking a complicated

Action, if you can provide a new machine or even a used one will accept as long as it is working without any issues.

Appreciate a fast feedback on your side, avoid any in convenience cause of this to the client.
