I received the payments every month from XYZ since you were on vacation. I do not know why some of the old credit card charges have not been paid yet. I was wondering if you have a record of charges that have been paid to us. Thanks

It does not make much sense to me, but I tried my best to figure it out. Why don't you have the records of payments you received? I have received the payments every month from XYZ since you were on vacation.
