Please check my grammar

When entering data to the system, the company has to consider Time concern matter and the effectiveness and the efficiency of the operators.

Because when the system is complex operators become careless and they take a long time to enter data, mainly the reason for that is the system is not user friendly and it can’t satisfy all the needs that the MAS Bodyline Company wants.

So we can recommend that, developing a system reduces the complexity of the of the operators and it saves the valuable time of the company as well.
