Please check my grammar!
The best way I guess is to read and listen something which you find interesting. Like I love to watch cartoon movies so I prefer to watch the one having dialogues in the written form also so that while listening I can read them as well.

"The best way of learning English, I guess, is to read and listen to something (interesting to us / which we find interesting). For me, I love to watch cartoon movies which have subtitles so that I could read the scripts while listening."
