Please check my grammar

Did you agreed Kevin to saying that the payment is counted by the date for them to received our original document ? I think this is unfair for us if the payment is based on them to received the original documents from us. It is because the almost vessel sailing date is every Saturday, and we only can received their draft of bill of lading in the next Monday or Tuesday, then exchange the original and send it to them. It is need to take around 7 days or more for the whole procedure. But the transit time to LA is only 12 days, therefore, they should collect all the cargo in USA, but our payment is extended to 37days long or more. Please comment.
