Hi everybody!
Could you please check my text and explain mistakes (if any)?
Digital technologies (DT) have rapidly developed during the last 10 years. One could find digital equipment on each step. Means and methods of war have changed as well. Computer network attacks, drones, robots, satellites are the todays reality. International humanitarian law (IHL) states that the right of the parties to the conflict to choose methods or means of warfare is not unlimited. This presentation will raise the interplay issues between DT-realities and IHL regulation.
