Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I bought a mini ventilator in your store two weeks ago, yet it did not work well.
At first, when I decided to use, it turned on with terrible sound like a zing, then it made the air pollute and unclean. Likewise, I tried to turn off but the key did not work. Only I could cease it when I unplugged it. Thus, I opted to call the shop and left a message for complaining. After three times I phoned, the shop did not heed to my complaint. Undoubtedly, I did not satisfy due to this neglect and so I decided to come to your central office and obliged your employee to attend my discontent.
I would like you to change the ventilator as soon as possible, because servicemen said that they are not able to renovate it. Also the shop could create a separate department for protesting. So, they could survey it easily and correctly. Furthermore, it is vital to increase the number of employee for answering the phone and transfer the people request to you.
