Some believe that it is necessary to broadcast happy pieces of news. Although the delivery of bad news is beneficial sometimes, I completely agree with the statement above because of the overwhelming advantages.

On the one hand, the report of unpleasant news heighten people’s awareness of the pressing issues and act accordingly. Global warming currently is presented on television daily leads the public are aware of the surrounding deterioration, in all probability, people take footsteps to protect the environment in a timely manner. Moreover, stories are presented about the alarming rate of unhealthy foods sold to keep people from continuing to eat them. Keep updated about the kinds of ready-to-eat foods which are full of additives or might cause food poisoning, people would try to make the most of home-grown foods to be healthier instead.

On the other hand, the good news brings to audience motivation and positive way of thinking. When the successful invention is reported on social media, that provoke the source of inspiration to the young generation. Chances are youngster is a strong position to model themselves on those new scientists and put their creative ideas into practices. Otherwise, consistently bombarded with violent headlines, it put people lot of pressure and thus deprive them a sense of safety. Mere exposure to reports of domestic burglary leads people to believe that home invasion is rampant and that they are likely to become the next victim.

In conclusion, although the report of negative news produces several positive outcomes, the followed glaring shortcomings can not be denied. It seems to me that media outlets deliver positive news benefits to young generation reach to the full potential.
