  • Topic: It is said that teenagers are under a lot of stress and pressure. Write a paragraph (from 120 – 150 words) to suggest ways to get rid of these problems.

Some people say that teenagers are under a lot of stress and pressure. I completely agree with this opinion. In this paragraph, I will suggest ways to get rid of these problems.

First, the best way to escape from the pressure and stress is traveling. We can simply understand traveling is getting out of the house such as going for a walk with your pet and thinking about the thing you like, jogging. You can also travel to some places you like. When you do that, your mind will be relaxed, you will gradually forget stress and pressure.

Second, doing sports also makes you relax, prevents worry and tension. Some sports can get you to take rest such as swimming, basketball and maybe yoga. Doing sports regularly has you calm down in all situations and get rid of stress and pressure.

Finally, the last way I mention is listening to music. After a long stressful day, a song can help you relax your mind and be ready for the new challenge tomorrow. For example, I often listen to some favorite songs or look around for some new songs after a long day at school.

As I have noted, there are a lot of ways to get rid of the worry and tension such as traveling, doing sports, listening to music. The more life grows, the more stress and pressure teenagers are under.

I have devoted a lot of time and effort to given you feedback. But you have not ever appreciated it. I have no idea if you are getting any benefit or learning anything.

I will just pay attention to other students who show a little gratitude.
