Please check my essay. Thanks! My topic is: What habits make good for your health?

People usually say that health is gold or if we do not have health, we will not do anything. These days, young people gradually take care of their balanced diet or shape. There are more habits that could be good for health, and I am going to mention two habits, which are doing exercises and adjusting the time of sleep.


Firstly, let me discuss the benefits of doing exercises. It not only maintains your body, but also increases your muscles. Everyday you all do exercises regularly, not just exercise, you can try to cycle or do aerobics or if you have more budget, you can take a course in a gym, that all contributes to improve your health a lot. Furthermore, life expectancy is longer and this habitat helps you reduce many diseases related to diabetes, hearts, lungs, etc. 


The second habit is adjusting the time of sleep. As you can see, a lot of channels spread information about tending to move time late of young people. Some of them stay up late, maybe until one or two a.m. This problem has a negative impact on the nerve system and non circulating blood. Experts contend that humans ought to sleep at least 8 hours per day. Therefore, people should balance their timetable in order to adjust their sleep reasonably. The first benefit is that it helps prevent acne a lot on the face. Additionally, sleeping fully has a good spirit and enough energy and comfort for you to work and study all day. 


In conclusion, we should look after our own health because of its importance. Except for the two habits mentioned above, we have a lot of other habits that we should follow. In terms of me, I will be more persistive to do exercise in the morning and stay up late earlier, moreover, have a balanced diet and divide portions into full nutrition to be better for my health.
