Nowaday, people select a proper job based on several aspects such as: the salary, quantity of job,etc. Pesonally, i disagree with this view that the wage is one of the most necessary factor when worker decide to choose a job.

On the one hand, i believe that money can help employees pay the cost of living such as: electricity bills, water bills, medical bills,etc. Morever, thanks to the salary, people can feed their family and realize some plans in the future. Therefore, money also is a consideration that improve to workers's decision.

On the other hand, i think that several factors which many people need extremely notice. Firstly, love with a job and quantity of affairs are aspects that affect to workers. Forexample, when people choose a work which they do not like or it is not their dream job, they will fell boring and weary. If this feeling happens on a long time, workers out of work. Besides, people need to select a job that agree with their health. Choosing a job overload with self can lead to many dangerous diseases and influence to health. Secondly, many people choose a job because it would bring for them a lot of knowledge bout life and open their mind. Therefore, they could learn many skills and explore new things from job, thanks to this whole host of experience, people are responsible to society.

Inconclusion, a job is chosen not only based on the salary, i believe that there are nummerous necessary consideration which people would decide on order to have good job.
