Topic: Youg workers often change their jobs or careers after a few years. Why? Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

Nowadays, young employees do not usually work in the same jobs or career for years. They choose to change their jobs in short periods because of alternatives in personal interests or ambition to gain experiences. Intead of some impacts that could be given as examples, this decisions brings more advantages.

Changing jobs after short periods helps them realize their true interest. Sometimes, majors at unversities are not the ideal choices. It could be changed because of several reasons, for example: recessions, unemployment rates or living conditions.. Working experiences in different agencies enrich one’s knowledge and skills. Through various careers, they gain experiences not only in working but also in manners and behaviors. They obtain tips to deal with assignments effectively or meet deadlines on time. Those young employees can also learn to behave properly with other co-workers as well as clients. Interaction between colleagues builds relationships This lead to chances to be promoted to higher positions in the future.

This actions is considered to bring more advantages than disadvantages. Changing jobs frequently can become the burden for young workers as they have to adapt to the new environment. They often suffer from the differences in income, rewards or reimburshing policies. However, these are the exchanges for better promotions and a stable career when they get older. Experiences and skills need time to become perfect. Those difficulties are just minor challenges on the road to success.

In conclusion, finding the true interest or gaining experiences can lead to the decision of changinhg jobs in such a short periods. Although drawbacks do appear, they are just worthy trade-off for a better future.
