Nowadays, teenagers often join the workfoce while they are students at high school. This practice brings advantages since teenagers could learn about the value of money, better their behaviors and have the right decission on their career paths.

First of all, having jobs at such a young age helps teenagers to know the value of money. They will understand the trenuous process of working and earning money. Moreover, this contributes to the respect to their parents because they have to work hard to make end meets as well as provide financial support to them. Those teenagers are also considered to spend money in more reasonable ways. They save money for small invesments, studying or travelling instead of wasting money on games, drugs or gambling.

Sencondly, teenagers who are working while they are still in high school often have better behavior. They know how to communicate with other people, get on well with new friends, express their opinion in an appropriate way and work effectively in teams. Working means using their free time sufficienly, teenagers do not only earn money but also experience. It also reduces the rates of committing in crime or having bad habbits.
