The maps show improvements that have been made to a university campus between 2006 and the present day.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

My essay:

The map shows an university campus developments.The first one shows the campus in 2006 and the second illustrates how it looks today. Overall, it can be seen that the campus has been improved, with more teaching and accommodation facilities available to students.

To begin, one of the major changes is that the lawn and seating area has removed around the lake in the middle of the campus. The lake, however has remained the same location.

In the upper right-hand corner of the campus, there was single teaching block (for arts and science), which has been changed into a block only for arts. There is a new building for the science north of the campus, which has replaced the previous offices. In addition, students accommodation buildings have been extended and increased, whereas an old accommodation block south of the campus has been demolished and replaced then by a modern building for students (facilities, shops and so on ).
