Also, if framework of population is change in positive side, it will increase nation's standing in global market, which is taken pride by other areas. On another hand, this disadvantages are indispensable. If the old workers are swapped by the younger generation, qualified workforce will be missed out. A big deal of unexpected phenomenons may exceed the young's ability who lack of real skills, however, the eldest can tackle it. In addition, a communities that young adult make up high amount may result in a favour of society situation, particularly population exploration. If a country can not manage carefully, it could potentially shot up the number of crimes or temptations. Government need pay a huge proportion of subsidises for new types of demands
