Task 2: Some people argue that government should offer free healthcare system even it can limit best medical treatment offered to its people. To what extent to you agree or disagree?

People have different views about whether or not the government should use their budget to fully cover the healthcare system given the chance of limited medical treatment. From my perspectives, the government should spend a part of their state budget that covers basic health care services, however, best medical healthcare should be paid by residents.

On the one hand, there are several reasons that people who argue for the exemption of the healthcare system. One is that people may argue as they have already paid annual income tax, thus they deserve to receive an exempt healthcare service from the government. In some developed countries, it is irrefutable that individual income tax is quite high that can be from 20 to 30 percent of total annual individual income, and their argument in those case is suitable. It should not be forgotten that the government holds responsibilities for ensuring the living standards of their residents and health sector is one of the most indispensable areas that needs to put priority.

On the other hand, some opponents cite argument that state budget needs to cover other essential sectors such as education and military rather than fully paid for healthcare sector. It could be easily seen that education and military also play important roles in the development of each nation. While education does wonders for providing high-quality labors in the future, military acts as a precursor for the national sustainable development against their enemies. Therefore, these areas also need to use state budget as a resource for its own improvement. In addition, best healthcare services do not serve for all the residents as most people need basic healthcare services rather than luxury ones. Therefore, high-living standard people who usually demand the high level of services should pay for their own requirement in lieu of using free public services.

To sum up, the government should use their state budget to fund for the healthcare system, however, they just need to handle basic healthcare services for almost residents, best medical treatment should be paid by high-income people or insurance companies.
