Some people think that environmental problems are too big for individuals to be solved, while others think that individuals cannot solve these environmental problems unless governments make some action

Nowadays, the polluted environment always be a huge problem in all over the world, which is caused by cutting trees, gases from factories, vehicles in big urban areas. This is not only has negative effects to an individual, but also all the people where they living in. Hence the government of every countries should has responsibility on improving the situation going on.

On the one side, for individual, everyone in a society should know what they should or should not. A lot of people they do not know what they are doing is completely wrong. For example, most of parks and roads in Saigon have a pretty much of trash bins putting on sidewalk, however, the inhabitants still calmly throw the wastage on the road despite of the short distance from the bins.

On the other side, as what I mentioned before, these environmental problems not only a personal story, the government should also takes responsibilities on protecting our environment on this planet. For instance, recently in the central of Vietnam, Formosa, a Taiwanese company recharged a giant amount of toxic wastes into natural environment, caused the death of lots of fish in the seacoast. From this story, what most of Vietnamese expected is a modification in regulation, approval policies for corporation from oversea which will invest to the country, the first requirement they have to meet is safety for natural environment.

In conclusion, individual or government? I think both of us must have responsible attitude to protect our lives, the simplest solution is to raise up the awareness of everyone.
