Task2. Some people claim that the government should provide free health care. Others think that the government will not provide the most innovative methods of treatment and it’s better to invest those funds in education and culture. What is your opinion?

It seems that more people are aware of health care than ever before. While some believe that health care service should be complimentary, others think that investing money in education and culture would be more effective. I intend to argue that health care should be the top priority in any circumstances.

First of all, the government has the responsibility to ensure the well-being of its citizens. In fact, all citizens are vital pieces of a prosperous nation, they contribute and work to build a more developed country. Without citizens, it is almost impossible for a country to promote their economy, infracstructure or even culture as well. Thus, a cost-free health care should be justified

Secondly, in order to maintain a good education and culture, it is more essential to focus on health care because a developed country always needs a workforce which is in a sound condition. For instance, if people who got a serious ailment have to make money to pay for all the health check-up, they cannot also put effort into their job and because of it, their work quality would not be really high. Therefore, it is really challenging to provide an elite education or embrace cultural diversity, regardless any attempt of the government. In a long term, I believe plowing money into education and culture without considering about the wellness of people would not bring long lasting benefits.

In summary, I once again reaffirm my position that health care should be the lead precedence. Not only because citizens have the privilege to be ensured their health condition, but also because their wellness undoubtedly have a huge impact on the development and stability of a nation.
