In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people? Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

In some parts of the world, instead of leased settlement, owning accommodation is indispensable for some people. In my opinion, this notion may result from people's desire to reduce their financial burden, whereas I would opine that this way of choosing shelters is progressive.
That renter-occupied accommodation is considered less significant than owner-occupied one can stem from people's desire to make their financial responsibility less onerous. In terms of people having little children, they may have a lot to worry about such as providing their children with good education, their daily cost of living, and so forth. Therefore, were these parents to worry about the renting cost, they would have to sacrifice other expenses, and consequently, their life would be less fulfilling than those who own a house. Regarding senior citizens, owning a house may bring them a sense of security since they may not be able to earn as much as when they were young.
I would believe that the notion that owning accommodation is much more important than leased settlement would be positive. As people desire to own a house, they may need to work assiduously to achieve their goal, which may not only give a much-needed fillip to the economy of the country but also metamorphose society into a better one because jealousy and contempt would not exist among people when everyone has a job and lives independently.
In conclusion, while the notion that owning a home is more important than renting one may stem from people's desire to lessen their fiscal burden, this way of choosing accommodation is positive as society and the economy can benefit from it.
