Dinner at the Restaurant

One day, a group of friends and I went to a restaurant for dinner in California. Its name was Chick Chack, and located right off of Bothell-Everett highway, on Thrashers corner, beside a play center for children. Its external environment was decorated with the white and black colors; also it had a golden board, which was clear fully from a long distance. Also, its internal environment was very color-ful. I think its reason was the play center. Most of the costumers were children with their mothers. Furthermore, tables were too close to each other, so you felt like you were eating with them. About 20 tables were there made of brown wood. Also, cashier's desk was next to the entrance door, which had caused congestion in front of the door. Further, the employee’s clothes were the black, so they had been cleaned and pressed. Also, the floor was clean and dry. So, the lights in the restaurant were too bright which was the blue and white light. At total, the restaurant seemed beautiful environment.

After ordering food, we sat on the table. After half hour, a waiter brought the food. The food at Chick Chack was delicious. Our orders were included chicken, smoked sausage, and Macaroni & Cheese with dessert. The fried chicken and smoked chicken were the best, juicy and flavorful. Also, the smoked sausage was also really good. I was a little disappointed with the ribs, brisket, and pulled pork. They offered four types of BBQ sauce on the table and I guess they wanted you to customize your meat to your liking but I wanted to try the meat they prepared before I added any condiments and they were kind of dry. Once I added the BBQ sauce though it was good, I guess this concept just wasn't to my liking but that's okay. For the sides, we got garlic fries, Brussels sprouts, and Macaroni & Cheese. In addition, all the sides were great, especially the Macaroni & Cheese. The pickles were also delicious; I would go back for those pickles. Also, the desserts were awesome. The peach cobbler and the banana parfait were amazing. In total, it was a fun experience. The food in the restaurant is a bit expensive but due to its great quality, it has worth. I would definitely go back and maybe just order the meats I liked.

When eating, the manager came unto us constantly to see if we needed anything; he was paying attention to all details. Similarly, the staffs were very friendly; they had smiles for all time. Totally, I think one of the negative points of this restaurant was its cashier because when we asked him about the contents of the some foods, he did not know much. I think he was newly employed.

Finally, my rating to the ambiance was 4 out of 5, everything was good, just the tables were too close to each other that this was not good. Also at total, my rating to the foods was 5 out of 5, I enjoyed of them really. Also, my rating to the service was 4 out 5, it was good but since we waited about half hour for preparing food, and the cashier was not professional; I deducted one point. At last, I would definitely go back to the restaurant and maybe just order the meats I liked.
