Most of the people in the past used to live for a long time. The times have been changing a lot. During some times was believed that phenomenon was ending, but I believe that now, the modern facilities are given the tools to get it.
Today is more easy to find good food that it was in the past. The supermarkets are everywhere. For example, Everyday leaving the university I buy an apple in from it. I don´t need to travel for longer distances, It is cheaper and fastly to get it. An apple or a banana can only costs 2 bs Which means eating healthy is not far away.
There exists many kinds of activities to improve your health. Most of them the excercises like jogging, swimming or hiking. Whatever you take, the variety of them have gotten an evolution. In the past people only used to go hiking, swimming or riding a horse, but now you find skating, extreme sports like zero gravity flight experience, racing school, white-water rafting and others.
The technology is given some useful facilities. Like in shopstores machines, we can find a lot of machines which can made our life more easy but health. For example, the filter water machine, the measure pressure machine, gym equipments and others.
Lately, people can choose a style of life, thing that in the past was according with the facilities which in that time existed. In the present many people choose for an health style life, that help them to increase their possibilities of living longer.
