Please check my English.
Hello, everyone :-)
I am a Japanese girl and have been studying English for five years.
Actually, I have to let our foreign customers know about tax-free services in English.
I wrote a script for it but nobody can check it, unfortunately.
I would like you to check the script
I wrote as I'm not so confident my writing .
Here is the script:
"We would like to inform our customers about tax-free services available at this store. Visitors to Japan who are staying less than six months can claim an 8% discount on purchases. You can apply this discount when you spend 5,401 yen or more including tax for consumable commodities or 10,801 yen or more including tax for non consumable commodities.We ask for your understanding of that they cannot be added up.
Customers can undergo tax free procedures for all items purchased on that day at this store.
After shopping, please bring your passport, receipts and all items purchased to the information counter on the first floor.
Also, customers will receive a 5% off coupon presenting their passport
at any resister and the counter. "
