Please check my email signature

Hi,

I'm trying to create an email signature that I'll use for my agencies. Will you check if it looks good? I mean, grammatically, is it making sense?

FROM HERE

Kind Regards,
My Name

The points that I'm trying to make by this signature are two thing. One is, I am located in Japan. And the other is, I will be on the MSN messenger (by which they contact me first if there's an assignment) from 4:00 pm (EST: their local time) everyday so we can communicate then.

Thank you in advance,

M

Hi, If you sent this to me, I wouldn't grasp your meaning. But you know your business contacts better than I do. Have you considered using more words?

Business Hours 4:00 pm to 1:00pm (EST) Do you mean 1:00 am?

Thank you for the reply,

Yes, it actually is 1:00 am, but doesn't have to be mentioned, since they should contact me from 4:00 to about 5 or 6:00 pm.

And I don't necessarily have to mention MSN messenger. We both already know that's the easiest way to communicate. But I do have to make it clear when I will be available.

What do you think of this?
