I am writing to you to express my interest and motivation in completing an internship in your company for 10 weeks in summer 2008 (The exact period will be given in Jaunary/February).
I have heard of your firm while looking up at the list of the AHK Dubai.

My name is ---------, I am a dynamic and ambitious 22 year old guy. I am presently studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences ---------. I expect to receive a bachelor’s degree in summer 2009.

In Summer 2008 i will finish 2years of my study and i will have the practical work experience of a sixteen week internship in several areas including the basics of metal processing, heat treatment of steel, joining technology, shape cutting, non-cutting shaping and metal casting.

After that I have to complete a ten week internship at a stretch to apply what I am learning at the university in order to fulfill the requirements for my degree. And that is the reason why I am contacting you.

Besides speaking English fluently, I am native speaker of German and Turkish and I have little knowledge of French.
