Certainly, we have another opportunity it is to combine these two difficult sides. As we see women take a position of contemporary and successful person in our society. However business ladies have to combine a lot of titles: it is a loving mother and careful wife, responsible worker and devoted friend. So there is a question: "Can she manage with all multiple roles today and still achieve a success in each of them?”. » On this question modern woman must confidently answer: “Yes, she can!”»
Without doubt we can say that our society is developing each year. At the same time education and business for women open big opportunities for building their career steps. Nowadays almost each woman wish to get a qualificate education and to achieve her aims in work stage. The parents want their daughters to be independent of the salary of their husbands in spite of his salary. But how much efforts it takes, knows only woman herself where as children must be fed and dressed so business must thrive effectively. Without any assistance they should reach their goals although it is not very easy today. It is so why it cannot a feat in our life. In other words, the hard

working woman is literally of both: she is a wife, mistress and responsible performer of duties of the authorities.
Another reason of combining work with private life is communicating. Everybody knows that chatting with the society gives you opportunities to know something new for you. Because while you have a common language with the others, you have a respect status in this circle of communication. For example, if the woman works or creates a career steps she tries to have a good relations with surrounding people because she understands how it is important for her future. Thus, she creates a good atmosphere around her. And thanks to it, the women communicate with people who help her in this case. It's really important to have friends too. Friends, as we know, play a big role in our lives. They are like members of our family. Unquestionably, woman must have a best friend. Let's look for this example. These days we all have a stress at work, university and school. Of course in two last examples parents help us to overcome it. At the same time friends better understand us. So if the woman has many friends she is considered as lucky person. However our friends can influence on our decision or behavior. According to Kirsten S. There are challenges with the roles that are dictated by society for women with children and the pressure to balance these multiple roles with perfection." But in some cases married spouses try to preserve each other from the chatting with the people who are out of their own environment. Thus many women give up in this race, being unable to withstand stress and choose the roles for themselves which is much easier to realize. As you know like the embodiment of paradise in the life, their plans requires the terrific efforts- these are current realities. Not everyone knows how it is difficult to play many different roles in this life. Life is unique and is given once so we need to

success from different sides. If we look at this example that it is still a huge problem in some countries where is mainly patriarchal force? Even nowadays women have to fight very hard to overcome the traditional gender stereotypes. For this reason, women's ambitions are realized more complicated than men's. This, in fact, the notorious inequality of the sexes, because many women are forced to calculate every step.
On the other hand, women who devote herself only for workforce forget about their children's upbringing. Having the children is important decision in family's life. To bring up healthy and clever children, parents should spend more time with them. Now there is a problem with it. Parents, forgetting about this, make serious mistakes in this life. It is known that today's teenagers are more cruel and naughty than they used to be previous years. It is all because of their upbringing. Mother and father must take part in child's life; they must create a trusting atmosphere between each other. Then it will be possible to have good relations among them. Occasionally women forget about their little descendants and completely busy with career. From this statement we can say that children are hired the babysitters and this is a reason why they don't get a proper upbringing. But some women even don't want to have them. It is also a serious issue in our society today. Many modern women have a question: "First have children and then make a career or build my career steps and then try to create a family life?" In conclusion I decided such things for me. In our daily life it is not very easy to have a perfect success from all spheres of life. Everybody has his own role and destination. Only person himself can arrange his own destiny and predict his plans for the future. And especially for women who must succeed more then others in this world is will be a decisive step because they are the managers in this life. We all depend from them. If there are no women on this planet we would not have time to cope with anything. Combining family and career is not simple as it seems to the men. Thus, today independent women should devote themselves not only to creating a successful business but also for creating a healthy and valuable family because it is very important to our society.
