Hi teachers, please tell me if this dialog sounds completely natural.

Guy 1 - Look, Fred, I know it's not easy. I fully understand how you must be feeling.

Guy 2 - I'm fine.

Guy 1 - You're not fine, Fred. Your girlfriend just broke up with you. But yelling at your friends won't make anything better.
