This is to certify that the material mentioned in our challan # _______ dated _________ had come to us from XXX co for processing. with their challan # __ dated_____. We certify tht the same material is being sent back to _xxx____ after (processing). We further certify that there is no change in the shape and weight in the material.

I work for a small company here. We process some jobs and return them to the company after processing. please check and make changes to the certificate. thanks a lot.
