Hi teachers, would somebody mind helping me correct this argumentative essay?
The topic is: Society doesn't need women at working place
Here is my draft:

working is the ability to make a progress doing something in a certain place at a certain time. Worker should have the ability and the knowledge of how to do this job. There are many kinds of jobs in every society. Some jobs require great effort to make a progress in them such as building. Some other jobs require less effort such as doing indoor activities and housework. Most of the outdoor work requires great effort and speed. This obligates us to choose people who have the efficiency to do them. For they have enough power and the ability to work long time having short-time rests, men are the most suitable to do outdoor jobs. While some people believe that both men and women have the same level of intelligence and that some jobs are only suitable for women, I will argue that women have less physical power than men, don't have much time for both indoor and outdoor work and have to take care of their family and their little kids.
Usually, women have families who they need to take care of and they also have little kids who need their moms to stay with them. If women have big families and a job, it will be hard to handle both. In addition, when women become pregnant, they need to take a vacation as their work can be detrimental for pregnant. Furthermore, when they give birth, they need another vacation to look after their new kids. In case they have a new kid and they need to attend their jobs, they need to find a babysitter which can cost a lot. It is known that there are a lot of stuff to do inside the house like cleaning and cooking. If women have jobs outside, it will be hard to do these tasks appropriately. Unlike men who usually are ignorant of indoor work, women need to specify time to do them.
Everyone knows that men have physical power than women due to the physical power god created them with. They can handle jobs that need great effort and working under tough conditions such as heat. Some jobs like building needs carrying heavy weights from one place to another which requires great force and effort. Some societies like Palestinian society believes that men are the most suitable for jobs where there is admixture between men and women for they don't need to conceal parts of their bodies like women. Moreover, women can't take the risk of big projects for they can become submissive under pressure, and their feelings can overwhelm them.
I believe that some people may argue that women have the same level of cleverness and can be as efficient as men in some jobs like teaching and healing as these jobs don't require physical power and a lot of effort. Also, they may say that some jobs are only valid for women such a kindergartner because women can only understand what kids need at this stage. I agree with them that some jobs can be valid for both such as teaching, but I completely disagree with them that some jobs can only be valid for women for male can learn anything especially nowadays where anyone can attend university and learn the major they want, and jobs that women mostly do, don't require effort which makes them easy to be handled by men.
In conclusion, society needs both women and men to work, but everyone should indulge in the work that is appropriate for them. Some jobs need force and effort , and some jobs require less effort and office working. For they have a lot of work inside houses and for they are responsible for their families, it is preferable that women stay at home and work there. Women shouldn't do any job that is bigger than what they can handle. Instead, they should take care of their families and help them doing their homework.
