Please check my answers re: noun clauses

Could someone please check my answers? Thanks! Emotion: smile

That she hates it is obvious.

"hates" is the verb and the subject is "she", therefore "that she hates it" must be a subject noun clause.

It seems clear that the plan is unworkable.

"seems" is the verb and the object is "that the plan is unworkable". So the object noun clause must be "that the plan is unworkable." This confuses me. "It seems clear" - is this a subject noun clause?

Are my answers correct? Thanks. Emotion: smile
