This report has been produced at the request of the Hotel and Catering Association. The survey on which the report is based was carried out between March 25 and March 30, 2010. Twenty hotel managers were interviewed for the purpose of this report. The majority of the hotels which were visited(all in Brighton area) were built in the last twenty years and were designed to meet the needs of modern tourists. One hotel which was considered unacceptable by the Association was closed at the end of the tourist season. Some of the older ones have been renovated recently and also meet the highest standard. This is shown by the fact that all the hotels are equipped with modern facilities. In addition, the usual services have been provided and the restaurant and the bar service are considered satisfactory in most cases. Most of the hotel staff who were interviewed were highly qualified and experienced. 75% of hotels in this report were awarded a three of four star rating by the tourist board.

This looks mostly fine. My only quibble is whether the tense of "the usual services have been provided" is the best fit. (Oh, and also I think "three of four" should say "three or four", but this is not directly relevant to your question.)
