First, I understand the candidate’s awareness of that his current needs and his ability in answering the (do you mean "typical interview questions"?) questions. ((prior to my session with him, ) I will have researched and prepared based on that requirement. Then I decide whether they need coaching or not, depending on the candidate's level of experience. I would spend time on for those who need to refresh their skills. If the candidate needs help then I will talk to my well-known other candidates that I know are skilled in those areas to teach my interview-approaching candidate with a few tips and techniques to employ when responding to questions.

I have researched and prepared based on that requirement. Then I decide whether they need coaching or not, depending on the candidate’s level of experience. One day, during the difficult circumstances, my nephew went with his friends to put gas in his car, he kidnapped by evil people. After a while, we were sitting at home, we started being worry about him and hoping that nothing bad happened to him. But later on, those evils called us asking for money in order to get him return back to us. They threaten us that if we refused to pay the money, they will kill him without any hesitance. We couldn’t give him up; we would be willing to sacrifice by everything we had for his safety. From that time, I learned that without peace, life could be dangerous.
I left my house, my lovely friends, and everything beautiful from my past and I traveled with my family to another distant country, to start a new life, and to learn a new language, to learn habits that were not known. Also, I have seen faces of strange people. Now, I and my family (Mother, Brothers, and Sisters) were totally separate out from each other. They traveled to Dubai, and now I’m so far away from them. I even couldn’t go back to see my mother when I heard she had a breast cancer, and had done a surgery and chemo therapy. The reason I couldn’t go back to see her is because I don’t have a green card that would help me to get the travel document that let me go back and forth. From this experience, I learned how to be more patience and handle the tuff situations in my life in order to take care of my husband and my sons. My thoughts were with her in Dubai, but my body was here with my small family.
The most harmful thing that can cause people to leave their country, which they don’t want, is war. I’m sure that those experiences that I passed through¸ it does not only get passed through me, but there are millions of Iraqis family got passed through it. This experience might make these people weak, and it could make them stronger.
