Secondly, excellence is the indication for beating the current competitors to become the market leader. Thirdly, Trust in company’s staff is a brilliant strategy with the aim of not only keeping their loyalty but also encouraging them to develop both themselves and company. Finally, taking responsibility for the country and community is a form of corporate self-regulation integrated into a business model. The combination of these 4 mission statements forms a good shape of SCG’s mission and vision for the company to pursue. In my opinion, besides profit targets, the nature of business must play the role of the “national citizens” with appropriate rights and obligations that conveyed in the last value.
