Mr Andrew Smith
vice president „GoldBank”
226 East Elm Street
London

Dear Mr Smith,
I have been a client of the “Gold Bank” for over ten years. I had been contented of level of yours service until I got my account status at 5 March 2004. There was a wage that I have never done.
The wage was made in Kanada. I have never been there, so I could not do this wage, because I have my credit card with me and it have been never stolen.
On both counts the signatures are not mine.
I will not pay my debit, because I have not made it. I have lost 30 000$ without any reason. How can I get my money back?

I would appreciate your prompt reply.
Yours sincerely
XYZ
