Please correct the mistakes,

The first one is really the only one that you would hear. You might also say "One staff member said..."

The reason you wouldn't ear the others is because "one staff" is actually a collection of people, and you would not usually speak of multiple "staffs," so rather than "one staff," you would generally say "The staff..."
