It\s a sign that you don't feel fulfilled. Instead of being sad and feel desperate you can change your state. It is all depends on you and your willingness to improve your condition. Everyday you have to do something special, something that you like the most. Don't be passive all the time. Keep smiling even if the situation seems bad. You must have dreams. And you should do everything to fulfill them. Life is too short to be sad and depressed.

Don't stay all the time in a close building. Go to walks , do some exercise. You must root the love for life to yourself. You should know that there will be some obstacles in you way. They will look very frightful but as you get closer to them they'll look much smaller and maybe even friendly.
