please check this sentence:

"I must check my project manager about the changes you have asked for"



Is it "for"correct , put at the end of the sentence?

Yes.

The verb "check" is not quite right though.

"I must consult my project manager...

"I must ask my project manager...

"To consult" is great! It is similar to italian "consultare" I will use it.
