Please check if the following are right.

Are the following correct expressions?

1) He is too much/so much too young to die. ( I know that 'much too young is OK, but is it OK to add 'too' or 'so'?)

2) You are getting the issue too complicated by half ( to mean exaggeratedly complicated/ more complicated than necessary).

3) The question is too important by half.
