The chart below gives information about the level of education of Bulgarian people who wanted to go and live in another country in 2002, 2006 and 2008.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The bar chart illustrates the percentage of three features which include the level of education of Bulgarian people. They desire to go abroad and have the life there, these data in 2002, 2006 and 2008.

On the whole, the partial of secondary education took the lead in both of three years and the percentage of primary and lower education was rise gradually from 2002 to 2008. And the ratio of higher education fluctuated through the years.

Through the chart, secondary education has the highest percent (65% in 2002, 61% in 2006 and 59% in 2008) compare to two categories remain and it approximately threefold the percentage of higher, primary and lower education. It also has slightly declined in 2006 and 2008, decrease by 6% in 2008 compared to 2002. But it still has top-ranked through the years.

Other categories like higher, primary and lower education have significantly changed. In 2002, both of them are estimated the same (17% and 18%). After that, primary and lower education rises slightly (1%) in 2006, and increase approximately double in 2008, it rises considerably. However, the people who received higher education are the opposite. In the beginning, it grew by 3% (from 17% to 20%) but then fell very sharply to 9% in 2008. Due to it, higher education is the least of the ratio about the level of education of Bulgarian in 2008
