Please check grammatical mistake
Background: The colleage who worked at the site office and prepared the subcontract to the subcontractor at his first time.
- Please cancel the yellow colour.
- Appendices are outstanding. The appendices to be inserted are mainly BQ, programme, correspondences, and BR (if it is expired). Other appendices are standard unless there has an amendment by IMS.
- After consolidating two sets of the subcontract, we and the subcontractor have to chop on every page at the bottom of the right-hand side. Then, sign as Director by the subcontractor, witness by yourself on page 7, respectively.
- After completed, you can send the subcontracts to head office for the remaining signatures.
- Finally, one copy will be kept by Administration and the other will be collected by the subcontractor.
Please print the subcontract by using 2-sided. The appendices are attached.
