Please check grammatical mistake

Background: The colleage who worked at the site office and prepared the subcontract to the subcontractor at his first time.

  1. Please cancel the yellow colour.
  2. Appendices are outstanding. The appendices to be inserted are mainly BQ, programme, correspondences, and BR (if it is expired). Other appendices are standard unless there has an amendment by IMS.
  3. After consolidating two sets of the subcontract, we and the subcontractor have to chop on every page at the bottom of the right-hand side. Then, sign as Director by the subcontractor, witness by yourself on page 7, respectively.
  4. After completed, you can send the subcontracts to head office for the remaining signatures.
  5. Finally, one copy will be kept by Administration and the other will be collected by the subcontractor.

Please print the subcontract by using 2-sided. The appendices are attached.
