How are you Sir, I was wondering if you could help me .I’m writing with regards to an email I forwarded

to you from Guy concerning your calls that are pending quote for too long, Since am doing updates for him and Guy was not happy with the last update.

Yes I understand that there might be a good reason why they’re pending that long but please allow me

to update him with something that he can hold on to, while you still working on his calls.

Please note our main reason is to minimize the number of warnings generating by EOP and strive to give a good customer service

to our Clients.
