Please check for my gramma error
The patient in room number 103 is a male patient. His name is Mr. Q. He's diagnosted with CHF. It's seven oclock, Mr.Q is waiting for his breafast. After finished his breafast, the nurse visits Mr. Q to check his vital sign. His vital sign result was normal. At twelve oclock, it's time for Mr. Q to take his medicine. Before passing out the medicine, the nurse checks Mr. Q ID wrist band to be sure this is the right patient. After identified it's the right patient, the nurse give the medicine to Mr. Q to admininster. After Mr. Q admininsted the medicine, Mr. Q presses the call light to seek for help. Mr. Q wants to go to the restroom. The nurse arrives to Mr. Q room to assis him to the restroom. After Mr. Q done with his number 2, the nurse assists him back to the bed to take a nap. Mr. Q refuses to take a nap because he wants to go to the entertainment room with his friends.
