Why it was Pikachu icons? It had two reasons. First, color of uniform of Vietnamese traffic officer is yellowish as well as Pikachu in a Japanese cartoon character. Second, a huge number of traffic officers had usually been bribing people with cash when somebody was catched for a long-time ago. Since then, people dislike their bribe behaviour and called them as Pikachu in Vietnamese slang. That's a negative attitude.
