I would be grateful for your opinion and advice with regard to Susan Brown.

This 45-year-old secretary had a medical history of being overweight. Recently, she was experiencing increasing thirst and hunger but losing weight. She also had frequent urination and especially at night.

Based on the symptoms I decided to do the blood test was a FGP and an A1C. Her test result was abnormal. A FPG level was 130 and an A1C level was 7.

In view of above condition, my diagnosis was diabetes. Therefore, I refer her to you for further assessment and determine which type diabetes of her.
