As planned, DNJP will come to check the pokayoke process from 4~7Dec.・SV of MQ, PE, PRO checked and discovered some problems in the pokayoke process where labels and control.No do not match the Control plan (this content has been deployed to departments to make improvements)

・So I invite you, GM+ Mgr, to participate in check genba of the pokayoke process before DNJP comes to audit.

・Check content:

1. Check the label showing pokayoke.

2. Check whether the function of pokayoke is periodically checked by Master or not

  (checksheet/datasheet)

3. Check risks that affect the accuracy of pokayoke (for example, the product is tilted, the sensor or camera is tilted, occur wrong judgments...)

If during the check process, GM or MGR needs to check the actual function of the device, a representative check will be conducted at mealtime.
