Please check for grammar mistakes!

Hello! I will start from the begining. I must translate notification on early termination of my apartment rental contract but I have difficulties with wording one of the sections. If this is not too big of a request, please take look and check for mistakes! I would truly appreciate that!

Here it is:

Article 16 of the agreement stipulates that the tenant undertakes to follow the public order in the apartment.

The renter has repeatedly received written complaints from the residents of building at 8 Liberty Street stating that sleep of residents at apartment No. 87 constantly and on regular bases is being disturbed by the following factors:
- there are loud gatherings organized at the apartment with participation of large number of persons;
- during the night-time, loud music is played and furniture is moved around;
- there is smoking in the stairwells;
- during one of these gatherings, a tragic accident took place.

Furthermore, the renter hereby informs that it is duty of the tenant to pay for the expenditures included in the administration invoice and arising from the clean-up after the tragic accident on March 22, 2014.
