I received a call from John yesterday. He had received our letter. He said he had not met with our manager for many months and he would like to book an appointment to see him. I told him that our manager would be away for the next few weeks on holiday and suggested that we book an appointment for the first or second week of August. He agreed. I said I would call him a few weeks later.
