I have already read your message and I am so proud of you! I I am happy that finally you have decided to make your own dreams come true!

Regarding your arrival, well I think that you can step by in every minutes, I have plenty of time for you.

If you can let me give you some advices related to cooking, I would choose one specific cousine. I mean, focus on mediterranean or japanese, polish or any other but do not base on each of them. You know...the variety can be deceptive.

it comes that my mind, in Poland we have one good retaurant which serves the traditional cousine you'd love! Theirs recipes based on the best and verifiable components and what is more cool, they have 3 stars Michelin.

Unfortunately when you open in July, then I cannot assist you. That month I will in China on financial training with my boss. What a shame, isn't it?
Anyway, I will be with you spiritually.
