Some people work for the same organization all their working life. Others think that it is better to work for different organizations.

Discuss both these views and give your own opinion

Many people claim that it is comfortable to settle in the same workplaces to the rest of their working lives and decline to change organizations or corporations, whereas some believe that it is a good idea to experience changes in working for different companies. This essay agrees that it is greater to work for the same corporations. This essay will discuss both points of view.

On the one hand, some individuals feel that working in the same union is beneficial. By bonding with the same job in a corporation, workers can build comfortable areas around them. They will have better relationships with their employees and even with the seniors. This helps them effectively collaborate and work together to solve the problems related to their work. For example, when employees work together for a long time in a company, they will know each other about their strong points and weaknesses, so when they have a project, they will distribute appropriate work to each other. Therefore, their productivity in teamwork is at maximum efficiency. It is therefore agreed that sticking with the same job in a corporation helps us satisfy our works.

On the other hand, in spite of the above argument, opponents believed that people changing careers by working in diverse organizations help them receive new opportunities. It is clear that working for distinct companies help laborers acquire a diversity of experiences and perspectives. This will mean that employees can effectively develop their other abilities. For instance, when staffs work in different companies, they will be trained the large numbers of skills, such as interpersonal abilities, collaboration and leadership skills by companies or they can learn these useful skills from their new different colleagues to productively perform in working.

To sum up, while people believe that staying loyal to the same organization can help staffs acquainted with their workplace and quickly solve their problems related to their jobs, some still think that it is greater to work for diverse corporations as it helps them get more skills and experiences. In my opinion, I believe that it is more effective in staying loyal and sticking to the same company.
